Yoga @ The Rec

Hello all, my name is Bex and I am going to be teaching yoga classes at The Rec from next Tuesday (14th Sept) I am a fully qualified yoga teacher and trained and performed as a professional dancer for over 2 decades, so understand what the bodies of athletes and active people need.
I will be teaching 2 yoga classes back-to-back which are specifically designed to complement each other, or can be practiced individually.
Beginners are more than welcome as classes are suitable for all levels with different options of poses offered to suit your body's individual needs.
Here’s a little bit About each class...
6pm-6.45pm STRENGTH, STRETCH & TONE

Strengthen your core muscles whilst toning and stretching your body mindfully & unleash your inner warrior!
This 45-minute class combines yoga postures with a sprinkle of HIIT to melt away fat and leave you feeling strong from the inside out.


7pm-8pm RESET, REFRESH & RELAX

Gently flow through this creative & restorative practice, release tension in the body & still that busy mind.
This class irons out the creases of a busy day and ends with a relaxing Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) Ahhhhhhhhh.
Here are some of the main benefits of a regular yoga practice

Classes are £7 each, or pay £10 to do both classes back-to-back.
Cash & card payments are accepted.

Due to Covid, please bring your own mat, water, and any yoga props you like to use (props aren't essential)

These classes combined will balance your Yin with your Yang and give your body and mind everything it needs to feel goooooood!

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "nasquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
